Komodo National Park is a national park as a world sanctuary of Komodo Dragons and other wild animals. Furthermore, its location in the east part of Indonesia is archipelagos between East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara. The park covers the three larger islands, including Komodo, Padar, and Rinca. It is enormous, with 1,733 km square or 603 km square of land. The Komodo National Park was founded in 1980 to protect the world’s most giant lizard of Komodo dragons.<br />
Moreover, the park is dedicated to protecting other species, including marine species. UNESCO has declared this park as a World Heritage Site in 1991.
